Our Mission :
The Vietnamese American Citizens Alliance ( VACA ), a non-profit, non-partisan political organization, advocates active participation of citizens in democratic election processes, and promotes understanding of major public policy isssues.
Our Actions :
1. VACA neither supports nor opposes candidates for any public office at any level.
2. VACA provides a forum for discussion of public issues, with all major political parties.
3. VACA encourages all Americans to engage in public policy and debates.
4. VACA strives to become a clearing house for Vietnamese language election materials, in the next 2 years.
